Does Customer.io encrypt data in transmission?

Hi there,  I want to make sure that my data is encrypted when being sent with industry standard encryption methods/practices. Is that something you do?

Can't install intelliflo Desktop Agent on laptop

Hello, I have recently come across and error where we can’t install the Desktop agent for Intelliflow as the user could not download / interact with documents from the portal.Upon running the .exe it flashes up with a window stating - “The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.”The network has been changes roughly a year ago where we moved them from having a server to working from Azure AD.Could I please get some assistance with this?Kind Regards,Greg

Best set-up for two-sided marketplace on customer.io

Hi everyone,I just arrived on customer.io and I am at a crossroad in terms of set-up.Basically, I have a two-sided marketplace in an “Airbnb-like” business, with travelers and hosts.I need to have very different conversations and data models for travelers (welcome, reactivation, etc.) and hosts (e.g. finish onboarding, set correct prices etc.).I am wondering about the best set-up on customer.io about this : what is the best way ? Should I create 2 different workspaces ? Should I look into objects ? Should I keep everything in one workspace on a “meta” data model for hosts and travelers ? I imagine this is quite a standard matter for all marketplaces.Any recommendation and experiences to share on this ?Thank you very much in advance !!Guillaume

Sending a slack message to a specific user instead of channel?

Hi Customer.io users! Wondering if anyone has this setup in their workspace- is it possible to configure a slack notification to notify a specific person within my organization when a user behaves a certain way? For example, notify an account manager when one of their accounts incurs overages or is about to hit overages? I don’t necessarily want messages like this to clog up other channels when it’s only relevant to one person, in this case, their account manager. Thanks!

Can campaigns use targeting that was created outside of the campaign?

Is there a way to import segments via a third party (our CRM or CDP for example) into Customer.io and use it to trigger campaigns? Even though the segment is not built in Customer.io?

Is it possible to see an overview of all the interactions that a prospect/customer has had with our brand, from the click on our website to the interactions with our social media campaigns? I'd like to see a users total customer journey including everything they have interacted with/viewed, etc.

Account Approval Process?

How long does the account approval process supposed to take?It says on the form the account approval takes usually within 1 business day, but it is now a 3rd business day after having sent account info and we’re still waiting on response of any kind. I even followed up with a support ticket but received no correspondence back.We were initially very excited about customer.io platform when we discovered how it is built and what capabilities it has, but we are now starting to have concerns over ever being allowed to use the product.We did purchase a paid plan by the way before sending the account request. We have also inquired about the premium plan with the sales team but haven’t heard anything back either.Is your team too busy, or did we get put on some shadow ban list and are being ignored intentionally? If so, then what did we do that got us shadow banned?

Message sending cap on the Essentials plan?

Hi there, I saw that the Essentials plan includes Unlimited API Calls, but does it also include unlimited message sends?  I realize I would be charged additional fee’s go going over my allotted messages, but wondering if there is a cap. Thank you!

Messaging Limits on a rolling basis or by calendar?

Hi Customer.io! I have set a message limit of 2 messages per day in one of my workspaces. I have a person who got an email on Tuesday, and they were scheduled to get another email the next day, Wednesday, but it was undeliverable due to "sending delivery would exceed message limit". Are your messaging limits based off of a rolling basis or by calendar (or in this case, days)? Retrieving data past the 30 day mark

I'm trying to retrieve some attribute data from 2 months ago. I only see in the UI data from the last 30 days, is it possible to retrieve data that's older than 30 days? Or is it gone forever?
