Connect a person to an object with zapier?

I need to connect my people with an object, but i dont use the api. I use zapier, can i already use zapier to do this? If not, are there other options for me? I am a bit technical, but dont have a lot of experience with APIs

Use images with liquid? Is it possible?

I tried with an image block and placing the liquid code in the url bar such as {{customer.company_logo}}, when i try to save that it seems to be stripping out the code and doesnt save it. Also I tried to do it with custom html in this way “<img src=”customer.company_logo”>, this just display the tiny icon that shows when an image doesnt exist. I am 100% sure that the attribute is only containing the image url, so this is not the issue.  Please help.

Can you use API trigger values within action conditions of API-triggered broadcast's?

So what I’m trying to do is build an API-triggered broadcast, which for example sends this payload here upon triggering:{ "fruit":"apple"}I then want to trigger a message to all users who:Performed a specific event, let’s say “Buy fruit”. The “type” of the “Buy fruit” event matches the value of trigger.fruit.So in the end you would have something like: Is this possible within customer.io; or is there a better way to do this ? As an additional note, the actual usecase will consist in five different trigger attributes by which I aim to filter the recipients of the broadcast’s message, so using user segments is not an option, as this would in result in tons and tons of segments for all possible combinations of the five different fruit attributes (like the fruit’s type, size, date, expiry, and price, as an example). Thanks in advance for any help!

Using timestamp attribute

Hi!I want to send something (message, webhook, etc.) at a specific time according to the user’s attribute with a timestamp. Is it possible to set up such in the campaign workflow?For example, I have a lot of educational webinars at different times. And a lot of users registered on those. I want to use one workflow, but every user must get an email (or another platform webhook) at a particular time according to his webinar time.

Send follow up for incomplete form

Hi guys, I am trying to set up a campaign to send a follow up email if customers have not completed a form within a day of starting it. However, the complexity in this is that often they may drop off the first time, but then will click on the link again and complete the form (using the same email) but now with two CIO profiles. The status of this form is either Incomplete or Complete. Is there a way to create a segment which includes emails where the status is Incomplete, but only if they don’t have a Complete status under the same email address? Thanks

Can Gmail and Customer.io run in parallel?

Hi Community!I’m brand new to Customer.io, apologies if this is frequently asked. My domain is currently setup with Google Workspace, however, I would like to use the same domain with Customer.io for sending emails, although since the instructions for configuring a new domain on Customer.io instruct me to add additional MX records for my domain, which I thought was a no-no. Is this the case, will adding the additional MX records break anything? Am I able to run Google Workspace / Gmail in parallel. or should I purchase a separate domain specific to mail with customer.io?

I know you can configure permissions such as admin, workspace manager, author, and viewer. Within these roles, is it possible to set permissions on who can view or edit certain assets?
