Hey. How can I make sure an email still delivers to a user even if a liquid or variable used in the email is empty or non existent for the recipient? Like I would want the variable/liquid to be empty and the email should still get sent.
Seems like a useful data point to show, but by default I don’t seem to be able to add this as a column? Am I missing something
Is there anyway to Sync all of our Social Media Icons across all of our Email Campaigns? I see how to edit each one manually, but if we wants to have the same design, same order of logos, and URL, do we have to do it manually one-by-one for each of our email campaigns?
Hello,I have a question regarding the Time Delay step for a workflow I created. In the screenshot above, at the Time Delay step, it says that ‘Only wait if the condition is met’. What happens to the users who don’t meet the condition? do they move to the next step or do they stay stuck at this step?Similarly, if I add condition to the message step - I understand that the message will only be sent to the people who meet the conditions, but what happens to the people who don’t? Do they exit the flow or do they move to the next step?

We have created a broadcast campaign that had around 8K receipts. However, almost 99% of emails went to the spam folder. Have you guys also experienced this? When we asked for a reason we got a very standard answer if we googled.

Hello,I’m in the same situation than the last message of @benjaminl in this topic (I first posted my question after his last message, same csv file architecture)The import created by API failed with this message :And when I try to upload again the file manually, I have this error (same as @benjaminl and no BOM in the file) :But when I create a manual import using interface, and try to upload the same file, it succeeds.Finally, I encounter this problem only in the production workspace. The same API upload run well in staging workspace.Do you have an idea of the origin of this error ? Is it related to a workspace setting or parameter ?
Hi,We are having issues with our "New People" (Subscribers) being added into CIO with no email address but with a customer ID. There are no names attached to these new false contacts either. I assumed that maybe it was a issues with our subscriber landing page but that hasn't fixed the issues. There are roughly 10 false contacts being added to one legitimate contact. Would love help in problem solving this as its creating a huge subscribed/People list but most are false.
We use the Broadcast feature for regular inventory updates to our engaged customer base. I’d like to send a webhook to our CRM every time someone clicks on one of our broadcast inventory updates so our sales team can give them a call, but I’m not seeing any way to do this from Broadcasts (vs. Campaigns). Is there a way to setup workflows from Broadcasts?
