Customer.io's Community is moving!News

Over the past two years, we have supported customers in this community and learned much from the questions asked. However, we noticed a gap—a need for more education paired with community support. This month, we are launching a new platform that continues peer-to-peer learning AND provides self-guided education. Our new platform:Includes an Academy with self-guided learning modules for onboarding, data integration, and more. Customer.io will continue to grow the Academy with guided learning and video content. A Community to share how you use the platform—designed as a peer-to-peer hub, it empowers users to exchange best practices, explore innovative ways to utilize our platform, and seek guidance from fellow members. Existing customers will receive an invite to the new Academy & Community on March 19th. You will need to register using your Customer.io email. While our new Academy & Community is only for existing customers & partners, we invite everyone to follow along with

Lead generation - identify users of existing customers versus new ones

Hi community,Currently working on ideating a B2B lead gen initiative and evaluating a seemingly challenge.We want to create LinkedIn ads that link to a lead form on our website.The ads (and form) are targeting individuals who are part of organizations that we call Brands.We need to be able to identify and mark (e.g. segment, attribute, etc) whether the individual that fills-in the form is part of an existing customer organization (i.e. Brand), or a new one/prospect.What would be the most efficient way to achieve that?Is there any chance that we could generate a dropdown list in the lead gen form of our existing Brands, that individuals can choose from? We have created a custom Object type for the different Brands, as well as we are using user attributes to store these.We have few options for lead forms, but thinking to use Webflow. Many thanks,Lefteris

Switching sender domains

We want to switch domain for live campaigns from @company.name to @em.company.name so that we can distinguish from the broadcasts.Is this a good idea?Should we expect any negative impact on the performance of these campaigns? Thanks!

Dynamic links for web url

Hi thereDisclaimer: New here - I had a look at the suggested descriptions but couldn’t find out about this.I am sending a push notification and there is the ability to deep link to a specific URL.What I want is for it to be dynamic, based on the event. E.g. instead oflink.to/here/ I want it to be link.to/here/123123Is this possible - seems like it should be?Cheers,Aidan
