How can I use CRM data to trigger campaigns in Customer.io?

Is it possible to trigger a workflow based on a change detected in the opportunity data from our CRM? We are in the middle of evaluating a CRM to go with, so just wanting to make sure this would be possible.

Are drop shadows possible for in-app messages?

I’ve been trying to figure out the syntax to get a drop-shadow / box shadow effect working on the in-app messages, but without success. Has anyone managed to get it to work?

Is it possible to see an overview of all the interactions that a prospect/customer has had with our brand, from the click on our website to the interactions with our social media campaigns? I'd like to see a users total customer journey including everything they have interacted with/viewed, etc.

Account Approval Process?

How long does the account approval process supposed to take?It says on the form the account approval takes usually within 1 business day, but it is now a 3rd business day after having sent account info and we’re still waiting on response of any kind. I even followed up with a support ticket but received no correspondence back.We were initially very excited about customer.io platform when we discovered how it is built and what capabilities it has, but we are now starting to have concerns over ever being allowed to use the product.We did purchase a paid plan by the way before sending the account request. We have also inquired about the premium plan with the sales team but haven’t heard anything back either.Is your team too busy, or did we get put on some shadow ban list and are being ignored intentionally? If so, then what did we do that got us shadow banned?

Message sending cap on the Essentials plan?

Hi there, I saw that the Essentials plan includes Unlimited API Calls, but does it also include unlimited message sends? I realize I would be charged additional fee’s go going over my allotted messages, but wondering if there is a cap. Thank you!

Messaging Limits on a rolling basis or by calendar?

Hi Customer.io! I have set a message limit of 2 messages per day in one of my workspaces. I have a person who got an email on Tuesday, and they were scheduled to get another email the next day, Wednesday, but it was undeliverable due to "sending delivery would exceed message limit". Are your messaging limits based off of a rolling basis or by calendar (or in this case, days)? Attached redacted screenshot for reference

I'm trying to retrieve some attribute data from 2 months ago. I only see in the UI data from the last 30 days, is it possible to retrieve data that's older than 30 days? Or is it gone forever?

As the title suggests. How long do you retain my data? Is it different for different things such as campaigns vs attributes vs event triggers vs api connections etc? Thanks!

iOS push notifications

Hi,Has anyone set up push notifications on iOS previously?If so, how have you created the triggers to send them? It looks like the API doesn’t support transactional push notifications in the same way it does for email.The other workarounds we’ve seen in the docs seem suboptimal.. Thanks!

Hi all, As the question suggests, i’m a bit confused on terminology here. Can someone help me understand the difference between people campaigns, data campaigns, and triggered campaigns? Are any of these subcategories of each other?

Set up a conversion goal on multiple messages within the same campaign

Hello the C.io Community :)I would like to know if it’s possible to set up a conversion goal on different messages within the same campaign, in the sense that I would like to test several scenarios within the same campaign and see which scenario would obtain the best conversion rate (one conversion goal per scenario and not an overall conversion goal per campaign). Adding a segment to a snippet

Is this possible? Ideally we’d like to have a snippet that shows {{customer}}{{customer.segments}} but more specifically, we’d like to be able do a function, if customer in this segment, snippet should do this. The less fun workaround is to make a campaign to add attributes to the user, but was wondering if we can just access a customer’s segments directly in the snippet editor. Thanks in advance!
