Prevent Push Notifications from being attempted to profiles that don't have devices

I’m trying to understand push notifications. I have a large number of "attempted" and "undelivered" because there is no device synced to the customer profile. How can we add a condition to not send notifications to those customers?

How do I debug with a release build locally for iOS?

WHy are my attributes not updating via the iOS SDK?

I have noticed the platform is displaying inconsistent data for the App Version. For example, the customer profile shows the App Version 1.5. But when I view the recent activity, the application shows 1.6. Is the app_version something we have to pass on our side?

I'm not seeing open rates in my push potifications

 I've sent out a few push newsletters, but none of them have been opened. It's really strange because I've sent quite a few, including some just a few hours ago. Any idea what could be going on?

My push notification deep link is not working

Whenever I set a URL for a push notification and click on it, instead of taking me to the intended webpage, it just opens the app on my home screen. Looking for guidance on what steps I should take to resolve the issue of my push notification deep link. Thanks!

In-app messages are not sending when email is used in "To" field

Has anyone run into this issue with in-app messages before? My in-app messages are not sent when the "To" field is set to {{customer.email}} but are sent when set to {{customer.id}}

customers are not receiving in-app messages when using email

We identify our customers in Customer.io with an id and an email, however, in-app messages will only be delivered when they are addressed to the cusomter’s id, why is that?

In-App Message Issue: The status of my messages are “Sent”, but the message never show up in my app.

I have the script on my web site and mobile app, and I am identifying people, but I noticed that no in-app messages I send are being received. They say “Sent” but they are not showing up. I’m struggling to understand what I’m doing wrong.

Deeplinking in Push notification

I’ve using react native customerio-reactnative: 2.3.2 to implement push notifcations in my app.As of now, I’ve successfully implement the rich push notifcations in my system.I want to handle the deeplinking manually based on Deep link url insert from customer io panel.How can I access all those push notifcations messages payload (including deeplinking url) ?Based on the that url, I’ll be handling the navigation. ( i may need to make api request based on the url before redirecting to particular screen )How can I achieve this in my app ?

Hello Customer.io Community,I hope this post finds you well. I am currently working on implementing a notification center in my app and would like to know the best way to use Customer.io for this purpose. We previously used Firebase to trigger specific notifications, and we want to user customer.io for this in the future, for more flexibility.Our app has a notification center that displays all notifications for a user chronologically, including categorization. These notifications are probably managed through our backend, but we now want to send specific notifications to the user through mobile push notifications. The user should also have the ability to deactivate or activate certain notifications.I am looking for advice and insights from the community on the best practices for implementing this feature with Customer.io. How have you successfully implemented notifications in your app using Customer.io? What tips and tricks can you share to ensure success?I appreciate any input and guid

Customerio SDK needed for in-app messages?

Hi, My app is built in Flutter. Customerio doesn’t have a Flutter SDK, so I’m using Segment to trigger events, etc. and make Customerio work. Do I need to have the Customerio SDK in order to do the new in-app messages? Or can I do it with my current tech stack? Thanks, Toby
