In customer.io we have several campaigns with push notifications. The reporting showed that our push notifications were sending. Nothing indicated that they were failing. However, we identified today that all our push are failing to be received by our customers.
We have a couple of questions on device tokens: If a device token exists, does it mean the user has the app... or just that they have had it at one point? (i.e. they could have deleted it) If device token does not exists, does that mean they have never had our app? Or are there instances where a user can have the app but not have a device token.
