Delete Events?

Hi Guys,We would like to inquire about the possibility of deleting events that have been performed by users. During development, we sent test events to some test users. Now, when we want to create a new campaign and choose events as an event trigger, the list of possible events contains all events that have ever been received by Customer.io. We would like to tidy up that list and thought that deleting all occurrences would solve this problem. However, we are unable to find a way to remove or delete these test events.We would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to accomplish this.Thank you for your assistance.

I'd like to set my account with only Email as the ID - why can't I?

Hey there. We want to avoid duplicates and our internal events provided via Segment only give us emails. However, when I try to set up a new workspace I can’t delete the ID. I can only delete email as an identifier.

Does customer.io offer similar functionality?

our company is currently using ortto.com. By chance, we came across the customer.io platform and are very interested. We would like to inquire about the following questions:In ortto, there is a 'capture' module for converting potential customers, which can target a specific group of people (unidentified users) in particular scenarios (when the customer intends to leave) and pop up a specific popup (for email subscription, allowing the customer to fill in their email). ortto has a collection of sources for WooCommerce and Shopify, supporting the import of website data into ortto through APIs. Does customer.io offer similar functionality?

Transactional API

I am using Transactional API  to send the email. I defined the email template and in the email template I added the below Liquid to get the value dynamically from the code{{ customer.passwordResetURL }}and form the code message_data: {        passwordResetURL:          'http://abc/token=ce70db64258220',             },but in the email passing value is not getting resolved and make it is empty. Please let me know why it is getting the issue.And moreover, I did not add the unsubscribe links in my email template but in the generated email it is showing the unsubscribe links. I don;t need the unsubscribe links so how i can hide this.And when i send the email from code. Email is generating after some delay whereas it should genearte immediately because i don't want to be a delay as it is reset password email.  Need to deliver immediatly.

How to use property values in conditions

Is there a way to use a profile/customer attribute value in a condition for an event property and vice-versa?Imagine an event named “Product added to wishlist” with an attribute such as{“product_category”: “hats”}How can I use the value (“hats”) to compare it against an array attribute of the customer in segment conditions or workflow True/False branch logic modules?Assume the customer has a a property of “most_favored_product_category” : “gloves”So far I wasn’t able to use liquid to do so, but any help would be welcome.

Hi,I’m trying to keep our system organized and I’d like to see a full and complete list of the attributes in our CIO system. How do I do that? Not all People in the system have all attributes so list would not necessarily be complete...is there a way to see this information? Thank you!

In-app message reappearing multiple times after button clicked

Hi team. Has anyone had this problem before? When receiving the in-app message and clicking on the CTA button, the in-app message continuously reappears over and over again. This is happening when sending test in-app messages and also for in-app messages in live campaigns and broadcasts. Checked the settings and there is nothing that looks strange and nothing that could be causing this. Our engineers also investigated and were unable to find a problem. Thank you!

Simple question about delays in workflow

Hi, I just started a new campaign, with the first email being sent after a 3 weeks delay.The 3 weeks delay is for when people enter a segment. I started the campaign, but I want the email being sent immediately for the people who are already in this segment for over 3 weeks. But it looks like it’s gonna start sending in 3 weeks, like if the people already in the segment just joined now. What’s the solution? Thanks a lot

Deep Linking Images in Customer.io

 Introduction In this guide, we will address an issue that has been prevalent among some users dealing with deep linking in applications using Customer.io. Specifically, the matter under review involves the use of images and regular buttons for deep linking in apps. ProblemEssentially, the problem at hand occurs when one tries to deep link images directly into their application. It seems the functionality that allows HTML buttons to apply deep linking is not available for regular buttons or images.  SolutionOur technical support team has identified the root of this problem. It occurs due to the link tracking applied to the images and regular buttons. To address this, you can either disable link tracking or setup a workaround using Universal Links. Localization of email content

We re currently localizing emails. We are just concerned because our backend is recognizing language codes in spanish for example in "es-MX" for mexican spanish. If the customer.io campaign has only an email for "es" but the user has a "es-MX" code would it send the spanish email? Or would we need to create a dedicated "es-MX" email?

Image link click tracking?

I know that links in words on emails are tracked in CIO as "clicks." My question is whether or not images are tracked the same way.For example, instead of the "button" element in your email builder, if we made a custom “button” by uploading an image and adding a link to it, would that be tracked in our click metrics?

Is there a way to upload images to the asset library via api and use them in a triggered broadcast? Or do we have to host our images somewhere and just use the hosted url in the triggered broadcast content?
