In broadcasts, is it possible to change the operator from “And” to “Or” to allow for choosing multiple segments that I want a broadcast (newsletter) sent to? For example, below I’d like to send this to the attribute condition “Website sign-up” as well as a message condition. With the operator as “And” it excludes anyone who doesn’t meet both conditions. I’d like the operator to be “Or” so I can include everyone who meets one of the conditions.

I think you will have to create a new segment that includes both conditions.
It seems that it is not possible to choose another segment in order to built a new segment (I didn’t know actually...), so I am afraid you will have to copy/reproduce the attributes of the segment “Website sign-up” and add the message condition in a new segment.
