Can you use API trigger values within action conditions of API-triggered broadcast's?

So what I’m trying to do is build an API-triggered broadcast, which for example sends this payload here upon triggering:{ "fruit":"apple"}I then want to trigger a message to all users who:Performed a specific event, let’s say “Buy fruit”. The “type” of the “Buy fruit” event matches the value of trigger.fruit.So in the end you would have something like: Is this possible within customer.io; or is there a better way to do this ? As an additional note, the actual usecase will consist in five different trigger attributes by which I aim to filter the recipients of the broadcast’s message, so using user segments is not an option, as this would in result in tons and tons of segments for all possible combinations of the five different fruit attributes (like the fruit’s type, size, date, expiry, and price, as an example). Thanks in advance for any help!

Using timestamp attribute

Hi!I want to send something (message, webhook, etc.) at a specific time according to the user’s attribute with a timestamp. Is it possible to set up such in the campaign workflow?For example, I have a lot of educational webinars at different times. And a lot of users registered on those. I want to use one workflow, but every user must get an email (or another platform webhook) at a particular time according to his webinar time.

Send follow up for incomplete form

Hi guys, I am trying to set up a campaign to send a follow up email if customers have not completed a form within a day of starting it. However, the complexity in this is that often they may drop off the first time, but then will click on the link again and complete the form (using the same email) but now with two CIO profiles. The status of this form is either Incomplete or Complete. Is there a way to create a segment which includes emails where the status is Incomplete, but only if they don’t have a Complete status under the same email address? Thanks

Is there a way to pause entry into a step of our campaign?

I need to pause entrance into one of the emails of our campaign due to a technical glitch on our website where we drive traffic to in one of our steps. I'd like the rest of the campaign to continue business as usual so don't want to pause the entire campaign. I want all leads to stay where they are within the campaign with new leads being queued until our technical issue is resolved.

Automated workflow didn't work

After I knew the working principle of the workflow, I adjusted my workflow. I created several workflows separately, and each workflow they are used for users in different states, such as 'sign up', 'free account', 'paying account'. I tested based on this, manually creating a new user, so he received the email set in 'sign up' two seconds after creation. After a while, I manually changed its status to 'free account' and it didn't receive the email for the second workflow setup. Then manually change its status to 'paying account', but still haven't received the email set by the third workflow. What's going on here, I think my logic is set very simply, just after the user's status changes, and then send him a corresponding email. I want to make sure if it's something wrong with my logic setup (which is fixable) and not the customer.io tool itself.

Coupon codes in workflow

Hi, i just started working with Customer.io so am i learning to get around. :-) I want to start working with coupon codes that are unique to each customer and the individual coupon should always be updated in the contact's attribute in a specific field. Hopefully i understand it correctly that by adding the query collection into the workflow, and using settings as follows: Randomize results: ON, Limit to one result, Do not sort and choosing the profile attribute to which it should give each person a unique code. Which i see that it does when i preview few of the contacts and the code they have.Each code can be used only once (used, as in within the campaign - so there can't be 2 contacts that have the same code). My question here is, that if the code is used in an email within the workflow for the 1st time, will the attribute “used” within the collection switch from 0 to 1? And will the platform know, not to use this code again?Another question is if the second email within the workflo

Can I do this per channel or cross-channel? How about frequency across all my campaigns? For example, if I have one user in 3 campaigns and I only want them to receive a maximum of 3 messages per week, is there a way I can set up that rule in Customer.io?

Drafts being sent to Test

HiI just started my first onboarding campaign that is trigger based (events through segment).I can see the drafts and can press send on users who trigger these events but the emails deliver to the test account and not the user email, what am I missing?

Can you limit messages for a customer lifecycle that excludes certain days?

I know you can limit the number of messages an individual gets (as to not spam if they so happen to be part of different campaigns, but. are you able to limit sends in a lifecycle journey to exclude certain days of the week? If so, how are exclusion days set up? By stating the day of the week (lets say, no messages on Sundays) or could I say no messages if they’ve received 4 emails in 3 weeks, OR no emails on a Sunday if it’s the first Sunday of the month. Conditions like that. Any detail helps while thinking of my campaigns! Thanks

Campaign True/False Branch OR Condition

I am trying to create a True/False Branch with an or condition in a campaign. I can only seem to specify one value for “is equal to” and I can only add further AND conditions. Is this possible, if so what am I missing?Here is a screenshot which outlines the problem. Users have an attribute expressed_user_type which can equal “driver”, “rider” or “both”. I want to match users who a value of either “driver” or “both”. As far as I can see, the only way to do this is to add a condition for “is not equal to” to the value “rider”. Whilst this will work for the moment, it would not work in other situations where there were more possible attribute values.Thanks!
