I my Plans & Billing page I can see that I have around 10k profiles.
My question is do we have the anonymous profiles counted?

Hey ehabsalah,
I am not 100% sure, but there are only anonymous events, not profiles and I don’t think they count towards the limit. In case your total number of people shown in the overview tab does not match the billed profiles, you might have deleted some people? CIO charges you for “the highest watermark” of the month.
