Lead scoring

It appears that customer.io does not have a native lead scoring mechanism. Has anyone solved this in a not too technical matter?

In-app messaging use cases: how are you using it?

I’m curious how you all are planning to use in-app messaging now that it’s in open beta.  I’m planning to use it to display a welcome message to first-time web visitors to introduce the the site.

Filtering for messages in the last 4 months

I would like to create a segment to filter for engagement, based on your recommendations. I’m not seeing how to filter for time. How would I filter for message sent within the last 4 months?

Creating a timestamp

Hello!I am trying to create a new attribute or event that records a timestamp of when a person enters a segment.I want to be able to calculate/display dates based off an action.i.g. When a user is mailed, I would like to timestamp that date as DATE0 (either with a new attribute or event). Then in another campaign, I would like to be able to target DATE0 and say, if DATE0 is more than/less than X days from now/ago.Is this possible to set up? If needed, I can set up a call as well.Thank you!

Unable to verify domain for SMTP

I'm trying to configure a custom SMTP server but the setup process will not let me complete the "Email" messaging channel setup portion as it expects me to validate the domain.I'm unable to validate the domain as it expects me to set MX, SPF, and DKIM, which our 3rd party SMTP server is already configured to do.How do I proceed past this step?
