Flutter SDK configuration not working for iOS

We followed suit to https://customer.io/docs/sdk/flutter/getting-started/ and https://customer.io/docs/sdk/flutter/push-notifications/push/, and made sure that the most recent update state according to https://customer.io/docs/sdk/flutter/update/ and https://customer.io/docs/sdk/flutter/updates-and-troubleshooting/migrate-upgrade/ is matched, researched extensively and also used https://customer.io/docs/sdk/flutter/updates-and-troubleshooting/troubleshooting/, but when setting up flutter’s customer.io SDK for our iOS flutter app version, no matter how many times we update pod, pod deintegrate, flutter clean, literally whatever we try since days, we always get the following error when running flutter run, after following the flutter SDK installation guide linked on customer.io: Error (Xcode): Undefined symbol: _mainError (Xcode): Linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)Could not build the application for the simulator. webook - is it possible to assign a value to an attribute during the send/receive data step?

The use case is:I want to create a personalised promocode that is a random generated number during the campaign and send it through emailI am doing this:Create the webhook step. In the request I create the random number (promocode) In the response I receive a confirmation (I just receive 200 OK, not the promocode) I want to send the promocode through an email on the same campaignI got stuck because I can/know to store the generated promocode and then retrieve it during the email step. I tried to assign a profile attribute during the request, but I couldn’t. I tried use the response attributes, but the variable used in the request is not there. Please help :)

Too many emails going to suppressed

Hello everyone, We have identified that too many of our emails are ending up in suppressed. This is happening in some of our campaigns and also in some broadcasts. Need some advice 🙁, is there something we could do to fix this? Do any of you have some ideas! They would be greatly appreciated!

No device synced

I have a large number of "attempted" and "undelivered" because there is no device synced to the customer profile. I only have 3% delivery rate. What can we do to deliver better? We only send out push nofication through customer.io.

Integrating Twilio Link Shortening

Is there any plan to integrate Twilio Link Shortening into Customer.io? It would be a huge time saver as we could then use dynamic links in the SMS, and Twilio would automatically handle the longer links.The POST request contains the required `To`, `ShortenUrls`, and `MessagingServiceSid` parameters, and the `Body` parameter contains a long link (not shortened).

Campaign with 4 emails spread out over several days/weeks - Not sending 2nd Emails

I have a campaign setup to send 4 emails. After the first one, it was suppose to send 4 days later the second email, then another email 4 days after that, and then again. For a total of 4 emails spread out between 4 days. The first email was sent, but the second email never trigger. I even spot check to sent automatically and not in draft. I updated the campaign to a Time Window and asked to send the next day between x and x time, hoping it would catch and send the 2nd email, but it did not.Anything else I can troubleshoot or force the second email to send? Thanks!

How to create and export a list of people who have finished/exited a specific campaign?

How can I create and export a list of people who have finished/exited a specific campaign? I tried going into peoples and adding in conditions with attributes for these people to come up but it doesn’t give an accurate list. I know this because when i go into the campaign itself and click on journeys I can see the entire list of who’s in and out but cant refine it in their to only include those that are leaving or who have exited early already.

Using multiple webhook events to progress user through campaign workflow

Hello!I would like to use CustomerIO Workflows to manage the logic and content for a real-time chat with our customers. Currently, I have a campaign that is triggered by an initial “customer_message” event that sends an initial welcome message asking what they would like to do (e.g. reply “1” if you want customer service, “2” if you would like more information, etc). I then have the campaign waiting for another “customer_message” event with the customer’s response as an attribute, however, it doesn’t seem like I have any way of branching my workflow based on this second event’s attributes. Is the only solution here to update the customer’s attributes with the content of the latest response message rather than relying on event attributes? Or is there another solution? Because this is a real-time conversation, I am nervous about the customer’s attributes failing to update before the event is processed.

Campaign if condition

Hi guys,I am creating the campaign that has a few conditions:user will receive an email with a promo offer promo will only be applied if user opens an email (wait until delay) and downloads the app I was think to add True/False branch after “wait until” delay. Should I add any time delay for mobile app download condition to be checked? How I image the user behaviour - someone opens the email and might download the app within the next few. I am afraid that the condition will be checked straight away and users who will download the app later, will not qualify for the promo.Can please someone advice? 🧐Thank you!

Best way to round-robin between phone numbers for sending text messages?

I have large text campaigns with 30+ messages and different paths my customers may go down. Ideally there would be a component that allows me to round-robin the phone number that is assigned to a customer, and then that is the phone number that sends them the text for all further messages in the campaign. The reason I want this is because 1 phone number cannot send a thousands of texts per day, the telecom companies will block the number. But I have many customers I want to service. I don’t see that as an option. What would be the best way to go about doing this? Do I really need to duplicate my 30+ texts and create a split path and manually click into each text I duplicated and change the phone number that is sending the message? I plan on having 10+ phone numbers in the future that need to be round-robin’d, so duplicating messages is not sustainable. That would also mean if I want to change 1 message, then I have to change it across all duplicated paths. Anyone have any good ideas h

Transactional email to external users

Hi there!We are currently on a CIO startup plan and are looking into integrating transactional emails for our SaaS app. If I understand the docs correctly every transactional email send through the system creates a new CIO profile or uses existing profile matched by recipient email. This poses a question for our implementation, since our app will be sending transactional one-time emails to external users that I do not want to keep track of. And since number of profiles are the main pricing metric in CIO I would like to keep this number low.Is there a way to send transactional emails without creating a new profile for each email sent?Or is it better to use some other service like Mailgun?Thanks for any information.

IP blacklisted / on spam list? How to notify Customer.io deliverability team?

Today I got a bounce due to one of CIO’s broadcast sending IP’s being blacklisted. I thought the deliverability team managing the shared IP’s would want to know, but am not sure how to inform them. Also are there any workarounds I can do on my end? Use liquid with objects

Hi,I’ve got some issues using liquid with my objects’ attributes.I was previously using {{company.owner}} when I was referring to the CRM owner of a company. But I recently created new Objects to refer to these companies and can’t figure out how to create liquid for an attribute linked to my objects companies. I’m using {{ objects.companies[0].name }} to refer to the company itself but can’t find out how to refer to the owner as {{ objects.companies[0].owner }} doesn’t work. I also would like to use this in the following formula : {% if objects.companies | owner == 'Anaïs' %} … Could you please help me? :)

The connection is not confidential

Hello, I have a problem with the domain and link tracking, when I click on the link, it gives the error "The connection is not confidential". Can you tell me what this problem may be related to? This error appears when changing the password, when the user clicks on the link to change the password, it gives this error. All domain records and the domain itself are verified. Except for the 'CNAME Record' record in the link tracking tab. Thank you in advance for your help!

Lead generation - identify users of existing customers versus new ones

Hi community,Currently working on ideating a B2B lead gen initiative and evaluating a seemingly challenge.We want to create LinkedIn ads that link to a lead form on our website.The ads (and form) are targeting individuals who are part of organizations that we call Brands.We need to be able to identify and mark (e.g. segment, attribute, etc) whether the individual that fills-in the form is part of an existing customer organization (i.e. Brand), or a new one/prospect.What would be the most efficient way to achieve that?Is there any chance that we could generate a dropdown list in the lead gen form of our existing Brands, that individuals can choose from? We have created a custom Object type for the different Brands, as well as we are using user attributes to store these.We have few options for lead forms, but thinking to use Webflow.
