Hi,
I would like to ask about working with the event “purchase” within segmentation. I have a feeling it is not showing correct results after i save the segment. I have tried to create a segment with contacts from a specific country AND that they have performed the event “purchase”. However, when i look at several contacts and their activity I do not see any purchase event that was made, so i am not entirely sure how those contacts got into the segment.
They have a last_purchase_date attribute as well as a custom attribute of last_purchase_product_name but the event itself is nowhere to be found within the contacts information.
Any help would be gladly appreciated. :-)
