Does Customer.io have any predictive modeling capabilities? Such as recommending which one of our products to push, time to send a marketing communication, etc?

Customer.io does not yet have built-in predictive modeling capabilities. There are several tools that are helpful when working with 3rd party predictive analysis systems so you can use their output in your messaging campaigns.
For example:
- Data warehouse export that exhaustively captures interaction data from Customer.io and passes it on for analysis in a 3rd party prediction service.
- SQL Import (Reverse ETL) and manual segment APIs that can keep your Customer.io data in sync with the output from prediction services.
