Is it possible to see an overview of all the interactions that a prospect/customer has had with our brand, from the click on our website to the interactions with our social media campaigns? I'd like to see a users total customer journey including everything they have interacted with/viewed, etc.

The platform does not offer predictive models out of the box, although it is possible to connect with third-parties for data enrichment (either through our API, using webhooks or setting up Data-Campaigns if the third party supports it) and/or create the logic and steps needed within a workflow to capture relevant interest information using Create or Update Person actions at any point in a campaign.
