I would like to create a segment to filter for engagement, based on your recommendations. I’m not seeing how to filter for time. How would I filter for message sent within the last 4 months?

Jumping straight into your question, this feature is definitely still available! We can use "Refine" (you can find it by hovering over the right side of the condition) to specify additional details such as the time period of your choice, and here's a quick example of how you can do this:
