Trying to enable WhatsApp in my Customer.io account. I already have a Twilio account, but how do I integrate them so I can start sending SMS?

Hey Lucy, this is something that requires a couple of setup steps which you’ll need to run through with Twilio, and then our Technical Support team will be able to enable WhatsApp in your account.
