question about double counting my users

If the same user/profile/contact is uploaded to two different workspaces in the same account, will they be billed 2X for the same user? How do i ensure the same person is only represented once so my bill doesn’t start sky rocketing?

Our billing model counts each profile that exists, and does count twice across workspaces if the same person exists in each one. If the same person exists in one workspace though, you do have the option to merge those profiles into a single one. Bear in mind though, this isn’t an option across 2 different workspaces. 

I’m curious as to your use case here, Lucy… can you tell me more about why you need the profile to exist twice across workspaces? There might be an easier way for you to manage this :)
