I would like to know if it’s possible to set up a conversion goal on different messages within the same campaign, in the sense that I would like to test several scenarios within the same campaign and see which scenario would obtain the best conversion rate (one conversion goal per scenario and not an overall conversion goal per campaign).

I know that setting multiple conversions is not yet available on the goal tab of a campaign; however, I do know that Customer.io is aware of this specific feature. Your post will definitely help the product team help understanding the use cases better.
That said, this functionality can be pieced together in a campaign using a Wait Until item. If you have a Wait Until at some point in your campaign with a condition that looks for an conversion event, you can compare those numbers with your conversion totals.
