Hi team,
I’m currently sending clicks, delivers, opens and unsubscribes back to my segment implementation using the CIO source.
Wondering if there is a way to send conversions too. Seems like an oversight that it isnt present? What am I missing?

Hi there,
You need to click the “Remove Integration” button to remove the current Segment Source version and then re-add your write key to enable version 2.0.0. Once you’ve done this, you’ll have access to all the additional events we added when we updated this feature last year. Conversion events are included and you can learn more the differences between version 1.0.0 and version 2.0.0 here: https://customer.io/docs/segment-source/#differences-between-versions-10-and-20
