Can't verify sender

Hi there I get this notification that it can’t verify Askedgar.io is the sender, but in the second screenshot, it says I’m verified.  Any idea what I can do to fix this?  Thanks!

How to fix incorrect reply-to address issue

Hi there,I'm having an issue with email replies not being delivered to the correct address.Suppose my workplace is ABC Apps, and we have a verified email address of @abcapps.com.When I send an email broadcast, the sender address is set to tracy@abcapps.com and the reply-to address is set to help@support.com.Therefore, all email replies should be sent to help@support.com.However, most of the email replies are being forwarded to support@abcapps.com (the wrong reply-to address), and only a few email replies are being sent to the correct address, help@support.com.Could you please advise why this is happening and how I can fix it to ensure that all email replies are delivered to the right reply-to email?Thank you in advance.

Unable to reverify https link tracking

I just went through the setup with on the dashboard page. I was working on the email section, after setting up cloudflare for https link tracking, I can't find how to reverify https link tracking with the email section marked as done. The verify button in workspace settings for link tracking isn't doing anything. How do I reverify?

Unsubscription link {% manage_subscription_preferences_url %} doesn't work

I've upgraded Liquid for a single message.{% unsubscribe_url %} - this link worked before the upgrade and works after.I decided to replace this link with {% manage_subscription_preferences_preferences_url %} - and it doesn't work. When I click on it, it opens "Page not available" window with HTTP ERROR 400.Subscription center is enabled!

I was wondering if customer.io has functionality to automatically add new users who join my app to my “People”database for campaigns instead of having to manually input people through a CSV. If so, where can I find documentation that addresses how to set this up?

problem with changing domain

I need to change the domain/email for sending messages in customer.io. I can't delete the current domain and activate another one. The MX, SPF, DKIM, and link tracking records have been filled out for more than 2 weeks now, but they are not recognized. We use Cloudflare. How should I proceed? I've tried everything.the new one is the unverified domain. PLEASE!

Transactional emails are not being sent with merge tags

Hi there. I’m on the startup program, but am running into a technical issue. Was advised to create a post here since the startup program does not give me direct access to support. Essentially, when using the Python SDK, transactional API requests to send emails don’t always populate an email with merge tags that are accessible via attributes that exist on the customer. Typeform embedded in email not displaying correctly on mobile

I embedded a code in my email. It displays correctly on desktop but the mobile view is not correct. How can I edit text in "Content" topic?

Hello!I really hope you can help meI have fully set up an email and it is ready to send, but the text I add to the "content" stretches across the entire email size. Could you please tell me how I can align this text (that I add separately in the "content" section) with the images and banners below? And how can I make paragraphs in it?I tried to do it in the code, but to no avail :(

CTA button in email that opens my app

Hi all!I’m setting up an email sequence to the trial users of my app. In some of the emails, I want to include a button/link that would open the app on the user’s phone if they have it installed, as I want to direct them to take an action in the app.How would I go about doing that?I tried something my dev suggested, which is using the hyperlink: com.companyname.appname:// (with the relevant names ofc) as the URL but that didn’t work.Thanks!

Force the template to ignore Outlook Calendar view on ios

We are have currently sending out invitations for our client. The email has an time and date field in it. The email is designed with the company’s profile with spesific colors on the time and date.The issue with using time and date is that Outlook on different apps automaticly changes the text to blue link and add to calendar. This is something that we wanna avoid and used a very long to figure. We had to apply certain CSS in the header [x-apple-data-detectors] and apply the hex color on multiple styles. This should be a function within the newsletter, were you can decide to override and trigger this CSS.

include_foundations_css not found

I create a new email layout template, based on one of the ones provided by customer.io. This new layout has the line {% include_foundation_css %}Then, when in content editor (rich text), it shows this:   And, it does not send it due to this. So, I tried this instead: <link href="https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/foundation-emails/2.2.1/foundation-emails.min.css" rel="stylesheet"> Now, there are no errors => good. When I create an email, and send a test => all good. When i put it in a broadcast and send it for real => BAD - all is centered and bold. :(I am sending via Sendgrid mail server. Is the test emails not sent from there? Is that the issue?What is going on here? Am I missing something obvious? how come the provided way does not work? why is it all bold and centered when sending

Sender address rejected: Domain not found

I’m getting the following error suddenly for a customer when sending them emails. 4.1.8 <postmaster@cio94253.wcona.com>: Sender address rejected: Domain not found. Search the delivery provider suppression list for this email. This has only started happening recently, possibly after DMARC implementation, but I’m not sure how this affected it, or how to resolve it. It doesn’t seem to be a wide spread issue as far as I can tell as other customer emails are delivering fine. All other previous emails for this customer were delivered successfully and this customer contacted us directly wondering why they hadn’t received this particular communication.Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Sent Campaign with wrong Link in the email

I just sent a campaign and realized it had the wrong link in the email. I updated the workflow and edited the email to include the new link. For those that have not yet opened it, will they get the new link?For those that had opened it and go back to click the link again in the email, will they also see the new link? Thanks!

Sending emails via Sendgrid, Gmail unauthenticated domain issue

Hey there. I’m sending emails to customers (and we have a sendgrid api linked to customer.io), but our customers are receiving gmail emails with ‘unauthenticated sender’ which is really detrimentally affecting our open rates. I’ve authenticated and verified our domain on sendgrid, but also don’t know if this is the sole issue.  I’ve also changed our SPF records from; v=spf1 include:_spf.google.cominclude:sendgrid.net ~allTov=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:sendgrid.net ip4:1P Address ~all But the issue is still happening.

How to verify email domain with Google Workspace

The docs don’t seem to line up with what I’m seeing.My domain is hosted on Namecheap, but my MX records are managed by Google Workspace. It looks like Google has changed how they manage MX records--there is no place to edit the records. So now I’m not sure how to verify my domain. In Namecheap, my MX records don’t point to Google. Instead, Namecheap has native support for Gmail. I’m afraid to switch it to manual and explicitly point to Google MX records for fear of losing emails during a switch/mistake.

Hi there, I have a Facebook Lead Ads campaign linked to customer.io. Once people fill the questionnaire, they receive invitation to register with us. Once they click to register with us, they become part of standard registration flow, they're asked to double opt-in. And I don't know why, but these calls fail to be delivered because of some missing variables. Is there anyone from customer.io who could look into my settings and help me?

One-click-unsubscribe

In light of Gmail's and Yahoo's upcoming change regarding one-click-unsubscribe links, I wanted to ask what you do to adhere to the new rule. What is currently in place on CIO is, as I understand it, a two-click-unsubscribe. Meaning that the recipient has to click on the unsubscribe link in our email footer, is then redirected to our / CIO’s unsubscribe page, and has to confirm by clicking on "Unsubscribe" again. I’ve sent the same question to CIO support, but curious to hear from the community especially if you’ve already implemented / are already using CIO’s topic-based subscription center.

Is there a native way to see the open or read length (meaning, how long a person has your email open before they click out of it)? I know there are third-party pixel trackers we can put in place, but just wondering if there is a built-in way to capture this within customer.io.Thanks!

List_Unsubscribe header

Hi Guys, I’ve been trying to add a List_Unsubscribe header to our emails sent through customer.io campaigns but was not able to. I’ve gone through the documentation and it says that if we use the Customer.io subscription center, they automatically add a List_Unsubscribe header to our emails - however, it is not true, at least for us. I tried several ideas  however none seem to be working. In light of the new anti-spam measures announced by Yahoo and Gmail recently, I really want to get this done. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you!
