Hi,

In Customer.io, is it possible to choose multiple attributes when creating a broadcast campaign? For instance, in my campaign, I want to target users who have the attribute lang: EN, ES, or IT, and send the campaign in English. Thanks 

 

Hey Maeva, 

you can achieve this by using a segment. First click on "Segments" in the left menu in Customer.io and create a segment with your attribute condition. There you can also use OR (called "at least one"). With this you can choose "Lang is equal to DE" OR "Lang is equal to IT" and so on.

After that, you can choose your created segment for your broadcast. In your screenshot "Add segment condition" in the right bottom corner. Make sure to delete every other condition. L
