Campaign True/False Branch OR Condition

I am trying to create a True/False Branch with an or condition in a campaign. I can only seem to specify one value for “is equal to” and I can only add further AND conditions. Is this possible, if so what am I missing?Here is a screenshot which outlines the problem. Users have an attribute expressed_user_type which can equal “driver”, “rider” or “both”. I want to match users who a value of either “driver” or “both”. As far as I can see, the only way to do this is to add a condition for “is not equal to” to the value “rider”. Whilst this will work for the moment, it would not work in other situations where there were more possible attribute values.Thanks!

Lead generation - identify users of existing customers versus new ones

Hi community,Currently working on ideating a B2B lead gen initiative and evaluating a seemingly challenge.We want to create LinkedIn ads that link to a lead form on our website.The ads (and form) are targeting individuals who are part of organizations that we call Brands.We need to be able to identify and mark (e.g. segment, attribute, etc) whether the individual that fills-in the form is part of an existing customer organization (i.e. Brand), or a new one/prospect.What would be the most efficient way to achieve that?Is there any chance that we could generate a dropdown list in the lead gen form of our existing Brands, that individuals can choose from? We have created a custom Object type for the different Brands, as well as we are using user attributes to store these.We have few options for lead forms, but thinking to use Webflow. one-click-unsubscribe didn't be showed in Gmail.

I refered to the site as below,https://customer.io/docs/journeys/subscriptions-overview/I used the Customer.io subscription center, and used the liquid {% unsubscribe_url %} to generate one-click-unsubscribe links,However, the email sent through customer.io didn't show one-click-unsubscribe link,I didn't know the cause, and I've tried several ideas, but nothing seems to work.Any help is much appreciated. Referencing object by id in liquid and/or workflows

Hello! The docs say you cannot reference more than 10 objects of the same type with something like {{objects.online_classes}}. However, is there a way to bypass the 10 limitation using a specific attribute or the object’s id? For example, something like objects.online_classes.id=159 If not, are there any simple workarounds or plans in the future to change that limitation in the future? Then, for workflows, is it acceptable / best practice to call the Customer.io App API to get Object attributes as part of a workflow step and then use that in the workflow? Thank you!

I was wondering if anyone knows what the best way to add notes on individual users would be. Would doing it through creating an attribute called “notes” be best or is there another way?

Hello, I’m in charge of an internal newsletter that targets all my company’s employee. Our open rate has always been around 67-70%. Around the end of February the open rate dropped to 25-27%. We’ve contacted CS, cleaned our users list, we have set up the postmasters tool and every data is quite healthy, spam is usually between 0.0 and 0.3% with a couple of peaks at 0.6%, weirdly on the day before we publish. It cannot be a behavioral problem connected to disinterest because it would be a very weird pattern. 2 weeks ago we’ve set up the “unsubscribe button” to be compliant with google update: we had avoided it because being a mandatory newsletter we don’t want people to unsubscribe. That edition went very well, open rate went back to 70% but last week it dropped again to 25%.We don’t know what else to do anymore, it’s important that our employee receive these news. We’re going to try an A/B testing with another platform but we’ve had peaks in which the open rate went back to normal but

Timeout on the API using nodejs sdk

Hello,When I send track events to customerio I have timeouts from 34.120.129.162.I would have expected a 429 too many requests or something. Is there a way to batch the request in the SDK ? On my side its pretty difficult since user are created from an api call, and batching the customerio call would need much added work.

CustomerIO does not recognize devices after migrating from version 2.x to 3.x

I’ve just updated the SDK from version 2.x to version 3.x follow this documentation https://customer.io/docs/sdk/ios/whats-new/3.x-upgrade/. But CustomerIO does not recognize devices to send messages. I checked in the board and devices section is empty. I still see some event like `Attribute Change`.Any one knows how to fix it ?Thanks
