Over the past two years, we have supported customers in this community and learned much from the questions asked. However, we noticed a gap—a need for more education paired with community support. This month, we are launching a new platform that continues peer-to-peer learning AND provides self-guided education.
Our new platform:
- Includes an Academy with self-guided learning modules for onboarding, data integration, and more. Customer.io will continue to grow the Academy with guided learning and video content.
- A Community to share how you use the platform—designed as a peer-to-peer hub, it empowers users to exchange best practices, explore innovative ways to utilize our platform, and seek guidance from fellow members.
Existing customers will receive an invite to the new Academy & Community on March 19th. You will need to register using your Customer.io email.
While our new Academy & Community is only for existing customers & partners, we invite everyone to follow along with Customer.io on YouTube or on our blog.
