I don’t see any documentation that would imply you have native landing pages. If we needed to, could we have our dev team build them out and connect them to Customer.io?

I am not sure how you define “connect” here specifically, but in order to track user behavior on pages check out this answer from an official CIO employee.
You don’t have to connect the pages necessarily, you can insert any URL in your messages you like.
