Hi there,
we are considering to move from GetGist to CustomerIo.
one great thing that is present in GetGist service is out of the box tracking of some useful website visitors data, such as:
IP City (the city reported by the contact's ip address)
Browser version
First Page Seen
Number of Page Views
number of unique daily sessions
etc.

Does customerIo provide a way to get such a data ?
How this can be implemented ?

Hi Mustafa,

Thanks so much for reaching out in our community! I’m happy to help with you question here. :)

While we don’t offer an out-of-the-box solution for the data you mentioned, you can track things like page views and other custom events by installing our JavaScript snippet:

https://customer.io/docs/getting-started-integration-methods/#js-in

If you have third-party tool that can track this data, you should be able to send that data to Customer.io. We have a bit more information here on Customer Data Platforms:

https://customer.io/docs/getting-started-integration-methods/#customer-data-platforms

I hope this helps point you in the right direction!
