Issue with date filters


Hello,

I have an issue with my “created_at” filter, indeed, all my recent contacts are qualified with “Invalid date” (cf screenshot) 

Does anyone know why is it happening? 

 

Also, when I try to create a segment with a dated filter for example “created_at with a timestamp after 30 days ago”, nothing appears and my contacts aren’t added in this new segment.

From the screenshot and details you shared, I suspect the created_at date values for your profiles are not a valid Unix timestamp (in seconds), so our platform is not able to correctly read them. Please see this link for more info about the timestamp values we support: https://customer.io/docs/journeys/faq-timestamps/#why-dont-people-match-my-signed-up-segment-even-after-i-sent-in-created_at-timestamps
