Hi, I’d like to set up workflow to send email for an user who hasn’t login our service more than X day. How would I do? if it’s possible to have built-in attribute on cio?
I’m not sure what you mean by “built-in” attribute, but yes you are on the right track. There are two ways to do it
Attribute: A date stamp with the date/time of the last login
Event: An event fires every time a user logs in, or visits your main page, etc. Then the segment looks at users who have not completed the event in the past X days.
