I am creating email content in the builder but I don’t see how to create a fixed height so that everythign properly aligns. I’ve tried to mess with the font size and padding, as well as line height, but don’t see a way to do this. How can i make sure it matches the content block next to it?

I’m afraid, at the moment there's no option to set a fixed height for the contents added in the row. However, as a workaround, you can adjust the vertical alignment to middle to center everything within the row.
