I am new to CIO and trying to understand how to build campaigns in the best possible way (depending on the use case of course).
We have in the previous MA tool built a standard kit of three emails:
- One email when you browse a product information page
- One email when you start the product flow but not completed (abandoned basket)
- One email when you successfully completed the product flow (onboarding)
So I am currently a bit torned if you set up this as one campaign or three campaigns in CIO? What are the best practice and what are the pros and cons?
