I'm about to start using SMS messages in our campaigns using Twilio and I wonder how to insert a link at some point. I don't seem to see the option.
Could anyone please clarify?

Thank you for reaching out about this Twilio SMS issue. I'd be happy to help. :)
Jumping into your issue here, you can definitely insert links in your SMS messages. However, there are some caveats to be aware of:
The last thing I wanted to mention is that in our SMS editor, there is no "add link" option like you noticed. For SMS messages, you would actually just insert your link URL as plain text, and the recipient's mobile device would recognize that text as a link and make it clickable. This happens automatically, as long as your URL text is properly formatted. For example, a proper URL needs the protocol, domain, and top-level domain in order to be valid. A good example is https://customer.io (https:// is the protocol, customer is the domain, and .io is the top-level domain).
I hope this helps to point you in the right direction regarding adding links to your SMS messages. If you have any further questions going forward from here, please don't hesitate to let us know.
Have a great rest of your day. :)
