What happens in C.io once SMS bounce? Are they automatically resent?

Hey Enrico,
Any bounced status indicates that a message failed to send and auto-retries have been exhausted.
You can manually attempt re-sending a bounced SMS in the Customer.io UI though it’s always worth checking the bounce reason before doing so in the event the bounce was for a legitimate reason.
