Introduction

 

In email marketing, especially when using automated systems, understanding how customers interact with our campaigns is crucial. One common question revolves around how the system handles customers who don't meet specific set conditions in your email campaign.

 

Problem

If a customer in your campaign doesn't meet a certain condition, what happens? Will they be removed from the campaign? Will emails be dispatched as soon as this condition is fulfilled and will they move on to the next email in the flow? These questions are crucial for marketers to shape and optimize their communication strategies.

 

Solution

When a customer in your campaign doesn't meet the required condition, they exit the workflow. This means as and when a customer fails to meet a set condition, they will be taken out of the current campaign and no more messages will be sent.
