How to create an in-app message that customer can fill-in their reply

Any way we can create an in-app message that customer can fill-in/type in their opinions in that pop-up

Hi Katenn,

 

At this time, it’s not possible to add a form directly inside an in-app message that would enable recipients to input unique values.

 

There are a couple of pre-built components that offer multiple choice surveys that you can consider using (https://customer.io/docs/journeys/microsurveys/).

 

Otherwise, you could consider adding a button that links out to a form on your page or in your app, and optionally connect the form to your workspace to send the data back to your workspace. (https://customer.io/docs/journeys/connected-forms/)

As a workaround, you can embed a Typeform quiz using the the drag & drop builder into the in-app message itself to have users type feedback
