Within Customer.io, you have the option to "follow" a specific campaign to get a weekly email summary:

This report will be delivered directly to you, providing a digest of how your campaign is performing.

Finally, to get real-time updates on email deliveries, the use of Reporting Webhooks is recommended which would provide real time updates based on your selected criteria for email deliveries, for example failed or bounced emails that you want to act on immediately.

Depending on where you've set up your reporting webhooks to send the data too, you can then set up automated reporting based on your requirements.
