Custom Rows have disappeared

Hi,

 

For our drag and drop emails we made custom rows for our team to use but all of a sudden they are gone but when I look at Manage saved rows I can see them. But there’s no way to actually select one and use it in the email

Thanks so much for getting in touch with us. I'm sorry that the Saved Rows are not appearing in the Drag & Drop editor. I'm happy to help get this sorted out.

Generally, when we see this issue arise, it is related to either the browser or browser extensions. For example, a browser like Brave with a built-in ad blocker extension (or an ad blocker in other browsers, such as uBlock Origin) will prevent saved rows from displaying. If you're running an ad block extension, I recommend disabling it and verifying that saved rows are accessible.

If you're not using an ad blocker extension, would you please verify that your browser is running the latest version?
