Hi,

I’m trying out page rules but it’s not showing up at all in my app when I’m testing, when I remove pages rules it shows up? Should you be able to test this?

I’m also wondering what is the best set up for page rules? Is it to have a campaign? What should be the trigger? I would like it to be when people enters that page… 

It’s not showing up when I put the message live with page rules either…

This is Byron from the Customer.io technical support team. To match page rules for in-app messages, your app or website must be sending screen or page views for each screen/page a person visits. 

If your app or site is a Single Page Application (SPA), you’ll need to track the screens manually.

 

If you do see page/screen view activity on the profile you’re testing with and still can not view in-app messages with page rules, could you please contact us at win@customer.io so that we can gather a little more info and take a look at what you have set up to help troubleshoot the issue?
