I'm not seeing open rates in my push potifications

I've sent out a few push newsletters, but none of them have been opened. It's really strange because I've sent quite a few, including some just a few hours ago. Any idea what could be going on?

Hi Angeli,

If you're not seeing open rates for your push notifications, it's likely because we aren't able to automatically track open events. However, you can still track them by integrating with our SDKs or adding some code to your app to detect when opens occur and then send "open" events to Customer.io as documented in our Technical Integration Guide. Make sure to include the CIO-Delivery-ID and CIO-Delivery-Token parameters from the push when sending open events to Customer.io.

Once you've set this up, you'll be able to see open rates and metrics for your push notifications.

I hope this helps get things going in the right direction for you!
