Is there a way to track links for in-app?

Best answer by NancyB

Tracking clicks from in-app messages is a bit different than tracking clicked links in email where each click is tied to a specific URL. For in-app messages in Customer.io, clicks and tap responses are tied to the message and action, not the associated URL.

Currently, in-app clicks/taps are not shown in the Customer.io metrics dashboards. However, you can segment on which action a customer tapped in a given message to see who tapped/clicked the action, keep track of how many people tapped/clicked the action, and branch on that segment membership in workflows.

If you are using a link tracking solution to construct your URLs like Appsflyer, Branch.io, or a link shortener, you can see URL-based click reporting in their dashboards if you’re using the latest versions of our SDKs.
