How do I activate Whatsapp in our account?

I need to be able to send Whatsapp messages, how do I activate this in our account?

Our Customer Support team can help activate this for your account. Just send us a message and we’d be happy to enable this for you. 😊

Once this is activated, you will see that when you go to add SMS actions to your campaigns (or edit existing ones), you will now notice that there is a WhatsApp preview in the composer.
