All Push Notifications are not being received but Customer.io is showing they are sent

In customer.io we have several campaigns with push notifications. The reporting showed that our push notifications were sending. Nothing indicated that they were failing. However, we identified today that all our push are failing to be received by our customers.

Hi Noelle! It sounds like you likely have a misconfiguration issue with your push notification setup. I might suggest contacting the Customer.io Technical Support Team to sort this one out.
