I'm looking to send WhatsApp media messages (images, videos, etc.) to my customers using the Twilio integration in Customer.io. I've successfully set up the Twilio integration for sending text messages, but I'm not sure how to include media files in the messages.
Can someone please guide me on how to configure a webhook in Customer.io to send WhatsApp media messages using Twilio's API?

At the moment, Customer.io does not natively support adding media to WhatsApp messages, but we have many customers that leverage webhook actions to send MMS requests to Twilio because the Twilio for WhatsApp API supports sending and receiving media messages with WhatsApp users.
