Hi, I have a few things I’m trying to troubleshoot.
1. My app has a user ID field, but it's not getting pulled into customer.io - it's giving them a CIO ID but not passing along ours (and sometimes doesn’t even pass the email)
2. We have notifications set up in a notification center via rails (notified gem). How can I integrate that into customer.io to be able to send notifications to that feed? (picture attached)
3. Right now it is pulling in a ton of people with no identifier (off every event) - how do I limit this so it's only pulling in identified users? (I have nearly 50K profiles and my app is just under 5K users).
4. Events - how do I customize the events that it's pulling?
