Track Email Replies in a Workflow?

Problem

Currently, tracking email replies within a workflow to automatically reroute prospects is not supported in Customer.io. This functionality may enable users to better streamline their marketing automation processes, providing a more personalized interaction for each prospect.

 

Solution

Although it is undeniable that this feature would add more flexibility and depth to our platform, at the moment, it is unfortunately not included in the range of functionalities available in Customer.io.

However, it is important to note that our team is aware of the demand for this feature. There is an open request to incorporate this functionality in future releases of the platform. If you would like to see this feature or have any other feature ideas, please feel free to submit your suggestions and votes.
