Problem

One of our users faced a situation where they tried to set BCC for a specific email account on all their 'booking confirmation' emails but were unable to figure out how to proceed. The challenge was that the email headers might have been collapsed from view, concealing the option to add a BCC address.

Solution

An easy way to solve this problem is to understand how email headers function in Customer.io and how to manipulate them. The main point here is that there is a possibility that the email headers might be collapsed from view, which could be keeping you from seeing the option to add a BCC address. Adjusting this should help you spot and utilize this function.

Furthermore, it's worth noting that there is a 'fake BCC' option available in Customer.io. This feature can simulate the function of a traditional BCC field, effectively sending an additional copy of the email to the chosen address.
