Segmenting based off of user behavior?

Am I able to build segments based on behavioral data? If so, how far back can I segment off of the behavioral data?

Hi Liz!

Segments can include conditions based on customer attributes, events and their attributes, form submissions, page view events, and messages journeys and metrics. As long as the data exists within Customer.io it can be used within conditions regardless of how long ago it occurred.

Within the UI, you might notice that activity logs only show the past 30 days - it’s important to note that even though it may no longer appears in the activity log, the data is still stored for segmenting logic.
