Hi, I have an attribute for “preferred-languages”. Some values are set as “en-EN” and some other as “English”, or “EN”. I want to mass update all contacts to have a single value. How can I do this ?

Happy to help here! :) We can use the “Batch Update” feature in a campaign to take these steps! More about using the Batch Update feature here.
In this instance we can create a campaign and use the “Batch Update” action:
From here we can select the update profile attribute action:
Then you will want to select your attribute name and enter the new value you want it to update to! And that’s it! :)
Additionally, for enrolling those individuals, you can create a segment that looks for anyone with those values for the “preferred-languages” attribute. You can then use that segment as the enrollment criteria for the workflow! Let me know if this helps :)
