I’m curious how you all are planning to use in-app messaging now that it’s in open beta.
I’m planning to use it to display a welcome message to first-time web visitors to introduce the the site.
I am super excited to use the web in-app to inform about special promotions and offers to my repeat customers!
There are so many ways I think we’ll be able to use this feature. We’ve got customers who, while they still use our app, have been unreachable via email. Being able to segment these folks in a campaign and branching to send them an in-app notification (vs. another email they probably won’t open) will be a key strategy for us to re-engage with them.
We’re also planning to use broadcast in-app to notify our users about a new feature or when something is not working quite right. 😱
