We connected Amplitude in Customer.io (Amplitude API) and Customer.io in Amplitude (as a destination). For 2 days we were able to see events in Amplitude. But then it stopped (we did not change anything). Plus, even those 2 days it was working, the events did not contain any users properties from Amplitude. We used Device ID from Amplitude to connect with Customer User ID. Do you know where the problem could be?
