I don’t see email events in Amplitude anymore + the old events have no user properties.

We connected Amplitude in (Amplitude  API) and in Amplitude (as a destination). For 2 days we were able to see events in Amplitude. But then it stopped (we did not change anything). Plus, even those 2 days it was working, the events did not contain any users properties from Amplitude. We used Device ID from Amplitude to  connect with Customer User ID. Do you know where the problem could be?

If you can send us through an event payload of what Amplitude is sending through to us then we can take a look at our logs to see how we’re receiving this.

While we don’t have visibility into how this is set up with Amplitude we’d be more than happy to review any screenshots of your configuration in Amplitude that you can send through to us in your support ticket.
