I'd like create a In-App Messaging full screen where have title, content and buttom.
Title always in top, button always in bottom and content in space between them with scroll.
Anyone has an example like that?

Great question! Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like it’s currently possible to adjust the width/height of an in-app message or set certain components to stick to the top/bottom of the message container while allowing another component to scroll within the in-app message.

That's a great feature.
OneSignal has this feature, and we almost chose them because of this. rs
