How many events can I send to customerio per month?

Hi @Jones Yue

We don’t have a cap on how many events you can send per month. However, your billing is calculated based on your subscription. You can find the details of your subscription on the Plans & Billing page.

Your Journeys plan includes a base number of people, objects, emails, and Data Pipelines API calls per month. The base number applies across all workspaces in your account, not each workspace. If you go over these limits, you’ll pay additional costs per item. Consult your account’s Plans & Billing page to see your monthly counts and any additional usage rates that apply to the current month and plan.

You can learn more about it here: https://customer.io/docs/accounts-and-workspaces/how-we-bill/.

Hey @Jones Yue

There isn’t a limit on the number of events that you can send to Customer.io per month.

If you’re sending via API directly to your Customer.io Journeys workspace. , you might just want to check the API limits here: https://customer.io/docs/api/track/#section/Track-API-limits/Track-API-Event-limits.

If you’re using Data Pipelines and you’re concerned about the impact on billing, it might be helpful to review this documentation to better understand how you will be billed: https://customer.io/docs/accounts-and-workspaces/how-we-bill/#cdp-api-calls.

I hope this helps!
